March was quite a month here at the Jeffersonia Blog. This month was all about the Benjamins, Washingtons, Lincolns, and, of course, Jeffersons. We even had some Madisons (and a Randolph, if you can believe it)!
We reached several milestones including our 3,000th and 3,500th visitors!
We also broke the record for most visits in a month by over double! Somebody really, really likes us, is bored out of their minds, is checking in with us somewhat regularly and you guys really are a silent minority. Don’t be afraid to shower us with donations, praise, and say hi!
Without further ado, here are some of the best of the Jeffersonia Blog for March!
- We met Thomas Jefferson‘s twelve grandchildren here (including the only one to be featured on American currency and the first to be born in the White House).
- We revisited the most famous part of the U.S. Constitution, the Preamble here.
- We heard from Anna Bentson of Poplar Forest and she had kind things to say! Go here.
Coming up next month: Join us in April as we finish part IV of TJ and Apples; look at the Titan from Tuckahoe’s fascination with the Tulip Poplar and explore more Places Named Jefferson!
