Which grandchild of Thomas Jefferson is pictured on a former American currency?

Confederate $100George Wythe Randolph, youngest grandchild of Thomas Jefferson, was Secretary of War for the South during the American Civil War. His photo graces the Confederate $100 bill.

You can find them on eBay for anywhere from $25 to $175.

[Note – The original question was a little bit of a trick question inaccuratesince it was not a United States currency, but a Confederate one. I have changed it from U.S. to American which hopefully is more accurate without giving the answer away.]
